Family Picnic "Beach Party"
Come kick off JCDS's 50th Anniversary Celebration with our Annual Family Picnic. This year's picnic will take us back in time to when our school began...1960. We will celebrate with a 1960's style Beach Party right here on our campus.
So mark your calendars for Friday, September 10th from 5-8pm. This is one fun beach party you won't want to miss!
A barbecue buffet will be $10 for adults and $8 for each child. Fun activities include cakewalk, crab races, hula-hoop and limbo contests, DJ, swimming, and bounce house. 50th Anniversary Events
It ís hard to believe the summer has come to an end. Our 50th Anniversary committee, co-chaired by Julie McQuiddy and Tammy Shumer, was hard at work this summer preparing for the year long celebration. Here ís a little taste of what we have in store.

Aly Leeper and Rebecca Witt have been spending their summer planning a 50th Family Picnic to remember. Our theme is “Beach Party - Surfin’ Since 1960”. Jacksonville Country Day School's healthy lunch program was featured Sunday, May 16 in Mark Woods' blog in the Florida Time-Union.
